I met Peir Wu at a New Years Eve party and chatted about wanting to get out of London and do some climbing. It turned out she was a regular at numerous climbing gyms across London. We also discussed her menswear label and how we could work together on developing a new website, an invite for fashion week and a catalogue of her most recent collection. There was an image in her studio of an old chat which looked real beat up. I liked it a lot. We used as the starting point for the work and so decided to roughly stitch the tissue paper invitation loosely into a transparent enclosure. For her collection showcase, Peir used the gallery space I had built and collaborated with Listen Studio on some minimal and brutalist constructions. I took some photos which appeared on Purple Magazine.
